2. Products & Descriptions

  • We make every effort to display accurate product details, images, and prices.

  • However, slight variations in color, texture, or weight may occur due to the nature of silver and handcrafted processes.

  • All weights, measurements, and dimensions provided are approximate.

3. Orders & Confirmation

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS.

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We usually dispatch orders within 10–15 days, unless stated otherwise.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped.

6. Exchanges 

  • Exchange is accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items in original packaging.

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@elmasbyabhinandanjewellers.com with your order ID and issue details.

7. Product Authenticity

  • All our silver products come with purity stamps/hallmarks and a certificate of authenticity (where applicable).

  • We guarantee genuine silver content as per the description (e.g., 92.5 sterling silver or 999 fine silver).


Return & Refund Policy

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery, or

  • You received a product different from what you ordered.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, customization, and authenticity reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products damaged due to mishandling or improper care by the customer

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our customer care at [your email ID] or [WhatsApp number] within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Share your order number, unboxing images/videos, and the reason for return.

  3. Our support team will review your request and guide you through the process.

Please note: Unboxing video or clear images are mandatory for damage/defect claims to validate courier damage.

4. Pickup & Return Shipping

  • In most cases, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner.

  • If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may need to ship the item back to us — we’ll reimburse reasonable shipping charges once verified.

  • Returned items must be packed safely to avoid damage during transit. (Discuss with delivery partner)

5. Exchange Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you via email or WhatsApp.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Credit/Debit card, UPI, Wallet, etc.).

  • For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after verification. (Discuss with delivery partner)

6. Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • Damaged or defective items, or

  • Wrong products sent by us

7. Order Cancellations

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

  • Customized or personalized products cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

8. Damaged During Transit

If your product arrives damaged:

  • Please share clear photos/videos of the packaging and item within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as the claim is verified.
