Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Elmas by Abhinandan Jewellers.

We take great pride in crafting and delivering premium-quality silver products. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

We accept exchange only if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery, or

  • You received a product different from what you ordered.

To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • The exchange request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Exchange Items

For hygiene, customization, and authenticity reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Products damaged due to mishandling or improper care by the customer.

3. Unboxing video

  1. Contact our customer care our support section within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Share your order number, unboxing images/videos, and the reason for exchange.

  3. Our support team will review your request and guide you through the process.

Please note: Unboxing video or clear images are mandatory for damage/defect claims to validate courier damage.

4. Pickup & Exchange Shipping

  • In most cases, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner.

  • If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may need to ship the item back to us,  we’ll reimburse reasonable shipping charges once verified.

  • Exchange items must be packed safely to avoid damage during transit. 

5. Order Cancellations

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

  • Customized or personalized products cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

6. Damaged During Transit

If your product arrives damaged:

  • Please share clear photos/videos of the packaging and item within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We’ll arrange for a replacement as soon as the claim is verified.
